Polaris Minerals Corp., which is focused on the development of quarries and the production of construction aggregates, announced the appointment of Scott Dryden as vice president of Business Development.

He was formerly the manager of customer service and West Coast Operations for CSL International Inc., the exclusive shipping contractor of Polaris.

Herb Wilson, president and CEO said, “He brings an in-depth knowledge of shipping logistics, which represent the largest single cost component in our business, and also an understanding of the cultural relationships that are so important for operating in British Columbia today. As we seek to continue the company’s development, while optimizing operational costs and efficiency, he will make an invaluable contribution.”
